Property Renovation - The MMC Process

Consultation

Following the initial contact with the landlord, we undertake a comprehensive consultation to ensure we properly understand the end goal.

Property Visit

After the initial consultation, our Renovation Technician(s) will visit the property to confirm the specifications and requirements for the work to be carried out to a satisfactory standard.

Estimate/Quote

Once our renovation team is satisfied they have all salient information in hand they will produce a quote/estimate for the work to be carried out. This service is provided completely free of charge.

Design/Architect Input

For larger projects, we will then employ the services of our in-house architect and design staff to produce plans for approval by the customer.

Project Work Starts

After the plans have met with the client’s approval and the paperwork has been signed we set to work, in line with your specifications and agreed timetable.

Completion & Sign-Off

When the work is finished we will carry out a final inspection in conjunction with the customer to confirm that all terms and conditions of the work have been met and the customer is 100% satisfied.

No. MMC operates entirely within the residential arena. We do not provide renovation services for commercial properties.
Yes, absolutely. With our in-house architect, we offer services across the full life-cycle of renovations including assessment, conception and design, through the entire renovation delivery process, and post-renovation services including our 24/7 emergency repair call-out services.

Although each project is unique we have a rapid turnaround time for newly scheduled jobs. 

 

On average you will be looking at between two to three weeks between the initial enquiry and the start of the project.
