Yes. All of our painters and decorators are fully trained and fully insured to give you peace of mind and guarantee a job done well.
All maintenance work including painting and decorating is guaranteed for the first twelve months, so if anything happens in that time, we’ll take care of it totally free of charge.
Yes, all of our properties receive regular maintenance services. We also provide a 24-hour emergency call-out service free of charge when you are registered with us.
In the UK most painters and decorators charge per hour, with typical rates ranging from £15-£30. Sometimes painters will charge per square footage though that is far less frequent in the UK than in other countries.
Ceiling first, then walls, then skirting boards, windows etc.
Yes. It would require a larger team than might normally be assigned but it is feasible to complete a whole house in one day.
It is advisable to wash the walls before painting them. Don’t go overboard with it, just some warm water and a mild detergent will suffice to remove any flaking or excess gunk that might inhibit the application of new paint.
